We’re under way now, and I’ve heard from a few folks already who are working away on their wellness activities. This is about developing habits, so regularity is a key; we need to get used to doing our habit. So keep it up and don’t worry too much if you miss a day. Aim to be more often than not and you’ll probably have a decently sustainable approach to forming and hanging onto your habit.
