It is already February 26th! Which means that we have nearly made it to the end of February. I managed to accomplish my wellness goal which sometimes felt like a lot of work, but in the big picture, it feels like it gets easier each year… I guess habits can carry you quite a way into the future.

Anyway, we have only a few days left of February, including the extra day, so finish strong and be sure to tell your friends about what you’ve been doing and why.
