Tonight at midnight we start this year’s wellness challenge. It’s not a fitness challenge. It’s a habit-building challenge. Deliberately intend to build the habit of wellness – in whatever wellness area(s) you like.

What should I do?

  1. Register (and get your friends and family to join you)
  2. Spend the month of February working regularly on a wellness activity regularly
  3. Talk it up among your friends
  4. Learn about Parkinson’s Disease
  5. Support Parkinson’s research
