Where I live, there has been a lot of snow this year. And with all that snow to move around, it doesn’t take much to derail plans for a workout or wellness activity. The challenge is to keep your wellness goals in sight even when reality closes in and demands your attention.

Some days you just have to roll with unexpected obligations. The bottom line is this: your wellness activities are a priority, but that is bigger picture than just one day. If you get knocked a bit off track, don’t give up – just keep at it.
