Pat yourselves on the back, everyone. We made it through February (another February for some of us)! I trust that you were able to establish wellness as a habit. The activity is not as important – IMHO – as the fact that you are doing a wellness activity, and doing it for an extended time.

I always love when we get to the end of February, for at least three reasons: 1. Kettlebells are over (for me) for another year; 2. “March” sounds psychologically way more spring-like than “February”; and the days are getting longer.
