This week we will be videoing a short clip about proper kettlebell form and this wellness challenge. As always, the key is to learn and use proper form, and to progress from proper form – no weight to proper form – increasing weight/reps. Our video also talks about how the challenge aims to improve wellness as well as to raise awareness and support for Parkinsons research.
